I searched for a solution across many forums, but nobody had a fix. I found one potential one and decided to try auto firing with the battery removed. It didn't work! I tried several other things that did not work. So, I decided to come up with my own solution. After some trial and error and lots of headaches I finally came up with a fix that works!

disposable vape auto firing risk

One of the biggest risks with disposable e-cigarettes is that they auto fire when you take a drag on them. This can burn your lips or tongue, which is not good! The reason this happens is because there isn't a way to control the wattage output of these devices, so they just fire at whatever wattage level they feel like firing at.

This is why we only recommend using disposable e-cigarettes with nicotine salts or nic salts, because nic salts produce less vapor than traditional freebase nicotine e-liquids and don't require any heat to get vaporized, so they don't auto fire nearly as often as regular freebase nicotine e-liquids do.

why is my disposable vape auto firing?

Why is my vape auto-firing? This is a question that's been floating around the internet lately, and it has led to an influx of different responses. Some people have said they've changed the battery and they're still auto-firing. Others claim that it's just their unregulated mod firing randomly after a puff. Regardless of what's happening, there are several solutions  you can try to resolve your issue.

Defective battery

The most common reason for this is a defective battery. The battery has a chip in it that tells it when to fire and when not to fire. If this chip malfunctions, then your vape pen will continue firing even after you stop pressing the button. This can happen if there has been some sort of damage to the chip, or if it has become dislodged from its place on the battery.

Poor quality coils

The main reason for auto firing is a poor quality coil, which can be easily detected by looking at the coil. If the coil has been used for some time and it has a dark brown look with black spots on it, then it's a sign of auto firing.

Poor connection

The most common reason for auto firing is a poor connection between the battery and the atomizer. This happens when there are some cracks in your coil or when there is an excessive gap between your coil and the threads on your battery. You might also find some liquid leaking from these cracks as well.

extreme temperatures

The disposable vapes are designed to auto fire at high temperatures. If the temperature is too high, then the coil will burn, and this can cause a lot of damage to your vaporizer.

Some of the reasons why your disposable vape might be auto firing at high temperatures include:

1. The battery is not fully charged. If the battery is not fully charged, then it may not be able to sustain the power needed for this kind of operation.

2. The atomizer has been damaged or broken down due to use or overuse without proper care or maintenance (cleaning).

3. You can use your vape pen to blow huge clouds of vapor and impress your friends, or you’re using a cheap liquid that doesn’t wick correctly which results in poor flavor and less vapor. Either way we have all the info you need.

The incorrect voltage

The incorrect voltage is the most common reason for the auto firing of a disposable vape pen. The voltage, or power, is controlled by the battery that powers the device, but it can also be affected by other outside factors like the temperature of the device.

The average voltage for a disposable vape pen is 3.7 volts. When this voltage is too high or too low, it can cause your device to auto fire and burn out quickly. This can happen with any type of disposable vape pen, regardless of whether it's made by JUUL or not.

An easy way to tell if your device is firing too quickly is to look at how many puffs you're getting out of each battery.

If your device only lasts for one puff per battery, then there's a good chance that you're using too much power from each battery charge and causing it to auto fire before it's fully charged up again.

how to stop disposable vape from auto firing?

Well, if you are using the disposable e-cigarettes, you must be facing this issue many times while vaping. It is very irritating when the cartomizer auto-firing during vaping. So, today I'm going to keep this article on how to stop disposable vape from auto firing. Follow these few easy steps which will help you in avoiding automatic firing properly.

fix Defective battery

If you have purchased a new battery from us or from another vendor online, this should solve the problem for you. If you are using a third-party battery and are having problems with auto-firing, then you may want to try contacting them for warranty information or replacement parts (if available).

fix Poor quality coils

The disposable vape pen has a coil that is made of very thin material. This means that it will burn out quickly and need to be replaced. If you do not replace the coil, then the battery will not have enough power to fire up your cartridge. The result is that you will be getting a burnt taste from your vape pen.

To fix this problem, you should buy a new coil for your disposable vape pen and replace it with the old one. This will solve the auto firing issue as well as improve the taste of your e-juice.

In order to do this step by step guide, follow these instructions:

Step 1: Remove the mouthpiece from your disposable vape pen by pulling it out of its slot and unscrewing it from the top cap.

Step 2: Unscrew the top cap from the rest of your device by twisting it counterclockwise until it comes off completely. Then remove any e-liquid which may have collected in there during use by tipping your device upside down and shaking gently until all excess liquid has dripped out into an appropriate container (a shot glass or something similar).

Step 3: Remove any remaining e-liquid by tipping your device upside down and shaking gently until all excess liquid has dripped out

fix Poor connection

Clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and let them dry before attempting to use your device again. If you are using an atomizer that uses dual coils, clean both sides of each coil thoroughly with a Q-tip soaked in rubbing alcohol. You also need to make sure that no dirt or debris is stuck between your battery contacts or around them. Make sure that nothing is touching your battery’s contacts; if there is something blocking them from making contact with each other, then remove it immediately.

Make sure that everything fits together properly: The atomizer needs to fit snugly on top of your battery, so make sure it does not slide up or down when you are vaping.

fix extreme temperatures

The most likely reason your vape is firing is because the temperature has risen above the sweet spot. You can fix this by:

Adding a few drops of e-liquid to your tank. This will cool off the coil and slow down your wicking. The liquid will evaporate quickly, but it should help slow down firing until you get a chance to replace the atomizer or clean out your tank.

Cleaning out your tank or changing out an old coil with a new one. If you have been using an old atomizer or if there’s buildup on your coil, then it may be causing problems when you try to fire at higher temperatures.

Using lower wattage settings for your mod, which will lower how hot your coils get and reduce the chance of them firing unnecessarily.

fix The incorrect voltage

If you have a disposable vape pen, you may have noticed that it auto fires. This is not the best thing for your battery life and can be annoying if you're trying to get a hit.

The reason why these devices auto fire is because they are designed to heat up quickly so that when you draw on them, they are ready to go. There are a few ways you can fix this issue.

Most disposable vapes have a voltage of 3.2-4 volts and should be set at 4 volts for optimal vaping performance. If your disposable vape is set at a lower voltage than 4 volts, then the device will auto fire because it doesn't have enough power to heat up fast enough. You can change this setting by pressing the button on the side of the device 5 times quickly (this will turn it off), and then pressing 5 more times quickly (this will turn it back on). This will take you through all of its different settings until you reach one that says "Voltage" in big letters. Pressing this button will allow you to adjust the voltage from 3.2-4 volts until it reaches the desired setting.
